Residents of Ibadan and its environs are set to benefit from a two day free medical outreach organized by the OMO-WA Foundation in collaboration with Firebrand Bishops and Apostles College Inc.
The outreach, themed “Free Medicare for the Community,” is scheduled to hold on Friday, February 20, and Saturday, February 21, 2026, from 10:00am to 4:00pm daily, at two strategic locations across the city.
According to the organizers, the first day of the medical exercise will take place at the PDP Party Secretariat, Olunloyo, Ifelodun, Akanran Road, Ibadan, while the second day will be held at Fas Fas Bus Stop, NEPA Building, Old Ife Road, along Bola Ige International Market, Ibadan.
The initiative is aimed at providing accessible healthcare services to members of the community, particularly the underprivileged, as part of efforts to promote public health and social well-being. Beneficiaries are expected to receive free medical consultations and basic healthcare support during the outreach.
The programme is being supported by Friends of Hon. Seye Gbaroye, an Egbeda/Ona Ara House of Representatives aspirant, who is also lending his support through humanitarian efforts of Hon. Gbaroye Ebenezer Oluseye, whose name features prominently as a key supporter of the initiative.
Organizers have assured attendees of a well-coordinated exercise, adding that refreshments will be served to participants during the programme.
